Used Turbo Warranty


Thank you for purchasing your Turbocharger rebuild from ARD Tuning, we appreciate your business!!

All ARD Turbocharger rebuilds carry a one year warranty.  ARD TUNiNG highly encourages and recommends a certified professional technician and service shop to install the turbocharger.  If you choose to self install the rebuilt Turbocharger, and not use a professional technician, warranty claims will be subject to evaluation.  Failure due to improper tuning or unsafe tuning will not be covered.

Please review the Turbo break in procedure and follow the step by step instructions.  Failure to follow the break in procedure will void your warranty.

ARD TUNiNGs warranty covers both workmanship and manufacturing defects of the turbocharger rebuild parts and related components, such as compressor cover, compressor wheel, turbine wheel, exhaust housing and the CHRA.  If a warranty claim is needed we REQUIRE the following:

RMA Form

Complete Turbocharger

Copy of the invoice from the service shop who installed the Turbocharger

Once the Turbocharger is in hand we will have one of our technicians inspect the Turbocharger and report to you on our findings, as well as any applicable warranty.

All ARD parts are warranted against manufacturing defects only. They are not warrantied for wear or breakage under any other circumstances. Any part which, in the sole opinion of ARD, shows evidence of being used or installed incorrectly, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. ARD shall have no liability for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise, even if ARD or any authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ARD, their agents, employees or owners shall not be under any liability, whether in contract or otherwise, whether or not resulting from our negligence or contents of information supplied for any damage or loss resulting from such information, nor be under any liability for damage, loss, or expense resulting from failure to give advice or information or giving the incorrect advice or information whether or not due to our negligence or that of our employees. ARD is not responsible for downtime, lost data or any other damages.
